The Mt. Zion church is a friendly, loving congregation filled with people eager to serve God. We are not perfect, nor do we try to be, but in everything we strive to be like Christ.

Our worship services are simple. Upon visiting with us you will notice that we do not worship like many churches today, we worship as Jesus and his disciples did. This means that we sing a capella (without musical accompaniment). Singing this way allows us to give praises to God without any interruptions.

We also take the Lord’s Supper every Sunday. Jesus instituted this during the last supper (Mark 14:22-24) and from that moment on it was observed religiously every Sunday. Therefore, every Sunday you will see us partake of it as a way of remembering the sacrifice Jesus made for us.

There are several other things about us that make worshiping with us unique but we want to invite you to join us for services anytime of the week. Come worship with us, and see what its like to be a part of a wonderful church family who loves God with all our hearts.

“The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and sowed in his field, which indeed is the least of all the seeds; but when it is grown it is greater than the herbs and becomes a tree, so that the birds of the air come and nest in its branches.”  – Matthew 13:31-32
